Hi, my name is Alexander, but most people call me Alex. I’m Belgian and at the time of writing this text I’m 29. I’m the head of Intercambio, I’m responsible for setting out our ideology/policies/plans, our fundraising campaigns and the management of our team.

Hi! My name is Ineke and I am a member of the “intercambio npo” board. Within Intercambio I am responsible for the financial aspects of the foundation, and for monitoring and improving the teaching competences of the volunteers (via workshops, online training, ...).

Hi, my name is Arne. Within Intercambio I help with the organisation of the annual Intercambio Festival in Belgium. I also act as Intercambio’s spokesperson in relations with adult education schools and contribute to designing the educational activities of our program in Colombia.

Hello there! My name is Jordi. I’m 27 years old and event manager of VZW Intercambio.

Through Alexander, I discovered Intercambio, which gave me the chance to truly give back to the world.

Hi! My name is Elias. I’m 25 years old and have been passionate about social causes my whole life. Within intercambio I am the VP and responsible for selecting and guiding the volunteers, as well as keeping an eye out for projects. Furthermore, I am co-responsible for finding funds and social media.

¡Hola! My name is Kell. I am 45, originally from the Netherlands, but living in Colombia now for 1.5 years and loving it here. I am very lucky to have a job that allows me to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
